While not specific to the exam, its hard to beat

'Oracle8 DBA Handbook'
by Kevin Loney
published by Oracle Press - Osborne

 or

'Oracle8 - The Complete Reference'
by George Koch and Kevin Loney
( Same publisher)

Also, you may want to check out

'High Performance Oracle8 Tuning'
by Don Burleson
published by Coriolis Group Books

These should provide you with more than enough info....
