Partially - you will ahve to do a lot by hand now. Consider installing again,
and have
a default db created. Your network problems should be gone, then, too.
Otherwise:
- create the service(s) - create the database - setup your network - modify/add registry

See above - missing are OracleService(your SID) and possibly OracleStart(your
SID)
