SQL*Loader Error Message

Our SQL*Loader works in 7.3.4, but we get a weird message like this:

"Message 1 not found; No message file for product=RDBMS, facility=ULMessage 601 not found; No message file for product=RDBMS, facility=UL"

Someone had said to me that maybe this means that SQL*Loader is looking for messages or comments from Oracle 7.3.4 that have not been loaded or installed. If this is something that anyone has came across before, can you let me know?
