I've got Personal Oracle which is a full implementation of Oracle, but it's single user.

It's great and it's pretty cheap. Also, if you pay for support, you get free upgrades for one year.

It runs on Win 98 or NT.

Oracle would be able to tell you of a dealer who will sell it to you.

Oracle Lite doesn' have all the stuff in it that Lite does but I can;t remember what the difference is now.
