I believe your listener.ora is corrupt .Restore listener.ora and tnsnames.ora file from admin/sample directory.Try to start the listener again.
Also check if there are multiple files for (listener , tnsnames.sqlnet.ora).Disable the redundant files by editing the name like listener.ora.old.And then try to start listener.
