I think in the Dev2000 package there is a "SQL*Net easy config" tool. You
can use that to configure a database connection to your server. Dev2000
seems to read "tnsnames.ora" from $ORACLE_HOME/network/admin, instead of
$ORACLE_HOME/net8/admin (which is the one that Net8 reads).
