Getting into Oracle

Hi,


Having spent around 2 years developing various Access databases and getting
more involved with internet connectivity - ASP files and stuff, I would now
like to explore / get some experience of Oracle....Not too sure where to
start really, there seems to be so much out there..  Can anyone give any
good advise on where to start & or how to get started. ??
