F50DES32 vs. F50GEN32

I have an application that I use Project Builder to compile (compiling only those pieces that have been "modified") to create the various .fmx's, .mmx's, .rep's, etc. needed for execution. When I compile the menus (mmb's) using Forms Designer 5.0, my menu code (disabling and enabling various pieces of the menu) works fine. When I compile the menus using Project Builder (which, I believe uses Forms Generator 5.0), this code no longer exists/works/etc.

Since there are only two distinct menus in this application, it's not a big deal to open Designer and compile the menus. (And then keep a copy to copy to the executable directory.) But it would be nice if it worked with Project Builder. Any ideas?

Thanks!
Louise
