Oracle 8, Webserver 3 PLSQL Agent Problem

Hello!

It seems that we have problems with the (Oracle Web Server 3) DADs or PLSQL-Agents and Oracle 8.
Sometimes the connection to the database fails when we initialize a connect to the database. The listeners are running - but we can't start any PLSQL (with different agents) Routine. The Schema Manager indicates that some OWA Packages (Sec etc.) are "invalid".
We have several different Databas aliases and for every database user a seperate DAD with its own PLSQL Agent. After deleting all agents and creating new ones everything seems to be ok. The owa_sec variable is set to per_package and in user owa_sec.global.

Has anyone a solution?
