Again, it's been a long long time since I used SQL*Menu, but I believe
that you need to run sqlmenu, connect as a DBA, then choose admin and
users (or something like that), then create an authorisation group for
SQL*Menu and add the required user account names to that.
Each menu in your menu files then needs to have the group entered against it to authorise users in that group to run that menu.
There's also something in the back of my mind about installing SQL*Menu support tables into the database in either a "private" [ per user ] mode or as a shared resource ... but then again, that might be to allow developers to share the menu source code ... it's been so long that this is all very hazy and not to treated as 100% reliable.
