sentra

I believe Oracle has a tool called Sentra which works together with Oracle Applications. For example, in A/R, the user will only click on the phone number of a record and the software automatically dials the number; instead of having the user manually typing in phone numbers. Would you know any further information on this software package? I tried many Oracle website, including MetaLink, but was unsuccessful in finding out the details:

1. where to get it?
2. how much does it cost?
3. licensing?... etc.

Your help is greatly appreciated.
