ADVICE NEEDED RE: ACCESS/ORACLE PAY

Does anyone out there know what the average pay would be for a DBA (Database

Administrator) that develops/maintains	Access programs as the front end to
oracle tables?	Experienced in VBA/VB and some Oracle experience - gaining

more every day in Oracle, though.

I'm being offered a job and don't know what would be reasonable to accept.

Any good web sites to refer to?
