Newbie Question about Enterprise Manager

  Hi. I am new to Oracle and I have some questions on   Enterprise Manager.

  I got Personal Oracle 8 Trial CD and installed on my   Win95 PC, then I found that Enterprise Manager does   not come with Personal Oracle.

  Then, I saw that Oracle 8 Enterprise Edition does include   Enterprise Manager but it is available for WinNT and others,   but not for Win95.

  Does anyabody know if

1. there is such thing like, Personal Oracle for Win95 that does come with Enterprise Manager, or,
2. it is possible to install Oracle 8 Enterprise Edition for WinNT on my Win95 PC (166MMX,32MB RAM), and, any necessary precautions in installing and/or running it under Win95, if there is any?
