I have recently been employed as a technical author whilst learning Development skills. I have some limited experience of training in Oracle (SQL, PL/SQL and Developer 2000). One of my first duties is to document an entire system, which I have never done before. I am not sure at this time what the scope of the documentation will be.

If you have experience of documenting a system from design of the database through to data entry and reporting I would be grateful for some tips. I would also appreciate copies of any documentation to use as reference.
