Is it possible? maybe. Is it practical? probably not. I would advise two things. First, obtain a trial version of the software from Oracle. This will work as long as you have access to a computer. The only way to learn this stuff is hands on. Experience means a lot in Oracle. I wouldn't recommend taking the exams until you have had practical experience. They are expensive and many of the questions can only be answered with experience. You cannot use any notes during the exam.

I would equate this with someone taking the medical boards without going to med school or ever have worked in the lab. You can learn from the books but in reality, the practical experience is most important.
