user exits problem , please help

Hi everyone:

I have this problem of executing my userexits in WIN95 from my oracle forms to my visual c++ version 4. Everytime, I execute my form, it always give this message that it cannot find my userexit. (For 16bits, it ok , after I convert to 32 bits, it give me this problem). The files that I included in my program is a follow:

F45r32.lib, F45XTB.DEF, UEZ.OBJ, SQLLIB17.lib, SQXLIB17.lib, ue_xtb.c, ue.h from oracle and my program DLL file.

What is wrong with my program. Thank you and best regards.
