SQL Worksheet annoyance

I have a rather nasty problem.

I'm running Windows NT Workstation with Service Pack 3 installed. I start SQL Worksheet. No matter what I do, if I toggle to another application
and then try to toggle back to SQL Worksheet, it dies and Dr. Watson pops up.

I've reinstalled Oracle (7.3.3) and it seemed to work for a few days, but quickly reverted to its old ways.

Has anyone experienced this problem?
Any solutions?
