Assuming further that the tablespaces and users are the same, then export the desired tables, etc ( or the whole database ) at home and import it at work...Remember that you will be replacing tables, etc when you do this, not updating them....

( Also, I hope it is not a very large database, or you have a large capacity removable storage device )
