problem with SQL*Net

Hello,


I tried to install Designer/2000 on Windows 95.
There was no problems with Forms and Reports, but
when I tried to install SQL*Net Client 2.3.2.1.6A
I got message "netc23.ins(63): FILE_NOT_FOUND
while copying W32PRD.tmp".



Can anybody help me?
