I have installed Personal Oracle 8 and Developer/2000 (Forms 4.5,
Reports 2.5...!) on NT 4.0 Server. When I try to connect, the error
ORA-03121 is reported (wrong Net8 setting). I tried to start both Net8
Assistant and Net8 Easy Conf., but none appears working (cursor changes
it shape to a sand clock, but nothing appears on the screen). What am I
suppose to do to enable Dev/2000 to connect to a database? Please, I
would need detailed instructions. Thanks for any help.
