ORACLE ACCREDITATION

I have several years experience in writing database applications, but I only switched to oracle about 2 years ago.  I keep reading about these DBA accreditaion courses for oracle.  Are there equivalent courses available for gaining accreditation in using the development tools. (e.g. PRO*C, Forms, Reports, PL/SQl, etc!)
