Can anyone point me towards some resources that can help me to get my
arms around the technical issues surrounding converting Ingres databases
to Oracle databases, without the use of a gateway? Things like Ingres
allowing a ('') to populate the date field and Oracle not recognizing
this or the money field in Ingres are the types of things that I am
looking for. I need to know what I'm looking for before I can fix it.
I would appreciate any help you can offer. Thanks.
