Inventory/Point of Sale software for Oracle

Does anyone know of any software for Inventory and Point of Sale
and purchasing that is available and well tested for Oracle 7 and
eventually ver 8.  I am collecting information for our department
to avoid software delvelopment of these type of products.
Any web pages would be helpful.
