Has anyone managed to display Oracle data on a web page using .idc/.htx files

I have seen examples that talk to MS SQL server, but these are not compatable with Oracle.

I am looking to search the database for information. (Simple SQL) I would however, like to give the user a option of Next or Previous 25 matches. (Even better it would be nice if the user can set this option in a drop down menu).

I have little or no luck so far...
