Problem in Oracle Application Server release 4.0 configuration

Hi Guys  

   I installed Oracle Application server release 4.0 in Window NT 4.0.  

   I also installed Sample HTML's. But, I am unable to run sample = HTML's. It is giving different error messages in different port's as = follows.  

http://subrata.127.0.0.1:8889/ows-adoc/samPage.html Can not service this request, please try again later  

http://subrata.127.0.0.1:8888/ows-adoc/samPage.html The requested URL was not found.    

   If you have any solution then please help me.
