Hello to all expert,

My manager ask me to select client application (Developer 2000 or Visual Basic 4.0) for development a computer system. Which one is better ?

I know Visual Basic does not support object-oriented design and programming. And VB is quite slow to access Oracle table information. But I think it is easier to use compared with Developer 2000. And I discover running VB-written application is quite slow since it needs to call dynamic link library.

Does Developer 2000 support OO design and programming ? And does it faster than VB when accessing Oracle Table ? Does Developer 2000-written application need to call dynamic link library ? Received on Fri Nov 20 1998 - 21:37:38 CST
