Identifying a database

Hello everybody,



Does anybody knows how to identify a database ?



I'm currently working on a protection procedure. I want to detect the
fact that someone has exported all datas from a database to another one
and now working one the second.



Is there a way to know an Oracle serial number using SQL command or
something like that ?
