Any chance I get! If it can be written using sql*plus, then we use it. Otherwise, we reluctantly use Reports 2.5. We also use PRO*C.

Ah, the good ol' days were when we could use RPT/RPF. This was Oracle's procedural language for report writing before PL/SQL.
