What's "rpt"?

Hi all,

Is there anyone here who can help me out with a little background on some language called "rpt"? I came across a bit of code last week - I'm working on an Oracle6 database (I wasn't even born when that came out!) on UNIX - and it looks reasonable straightforward, but I haven't even a clue as to how to run it. What program's it used with?
