Package

Is there a way to check the owner of the package created.

I have encountered this error show below:

oracle error code : 4068.
Oracle error msg : ORA-04068: existing state of packages has been discarded ORA-04063: package body
"UATUSER.MAINSQL" has errors ORA-06508: PL/SQL: could not find program unit being called ORA-06512: at line 1 .

Pls help!
