New DBA question?

I will be new to Oracle8 as a DBA, I currently have an NT Network Running. I'm not the best at Networking but I find the answers that I need. I'm thinking about taking advantage of the Netware 5 and Oracle 5 user pack. I pan on installing both Netware and Oracle8 on a stand alone

box that will be connected to my NT network.

What would be the best way to get the information I need to do the install. I'm currently 1/2 way through reading "Oracle - The Complete Reference, Electronic Edition" which covers 7.0 to 7.3.

I was told by a vendor that the DBA Handbook by Oracle Press is no longer in print.
I don't know if that's true but if so is their any other suggestions on books that you could give?

I have Oracle8 PL/SQL Programming but haven't touched it yet.

What books or tools can I use to get myself started? The database that I will be using won't be mission critical until I get a better understanding.

I do write some basic Oracle SQL queries (no PL/SQL experience.)
