full logical database backup

Hello all,

I was doing a full logical database backup by issuing the following command:

        exp xxxx/xxxx file=exp_db.dmp log=exp_db.log full=Y

But when I imported the dump file from this export to another database ( both of them are version 7.3), I found out that none of the primary key constraints get enforced on the new database.

Could anyone explain to me what is going on?? I'll greatly appreciate it!! Please reply to my email address, or at least cc to my account.
