ORA 12203 TNS Error.

Hi.


I've gotten a problem with my Windows 95 and Windows NT workstation clients.
They couldn't connect to the Oracle 7.3 database on the Windows NT server.
The error was ORA 12203 TNS could not connect.
I use TCP/IP, DHCP srvice.


I can connect from BDC to PDC without any problem. So clients don't work. An
suggestion?
