There are a lot of Oracle Books out there by Oracle Press. Information of the Oracle Database can be found in: "Oracle DBA Handbook" (ISBN 0-07-881182-1), "Oracle: The Complete Reference" (ISBN 0-07-882097-9)

Information about Tuning the database:
"Tuning Oracle" (ISBN 0-07-881181-3)
