Capturing SQL for a Specific User - How?

Anyone know of a way to capture all SQL for a specific user? I realize that there is 3rd party software available to do this. However, my understanding is that this information can be pulled from the system tables. (BTW: I've looked at AUDIT and it doesen't seem to provide enough detail such as the actual SQL statement and the columns used for the "WHERE" condition).

Can anyone help?
