I want to export decimals from Oracle 7.3.2.2.0 to a text file using
the utl_file-package. Is there a way to export the decimals in packed
format (like the comp-3 decimal in cobol) ? the to_char function
doesn't seem to support a format mask for this. Do I have to write a
function for myself ?
