Ariel,
Get in contact with Oracle and ask for the Windows95/NT software. The CD contains SQL*Net for Windows and ODBC drivers (among other things).

The installation screen gives you a choice of which components to install (and will install dependencies automatically) I don't know about incorporating it into your own install scripts though ....

ODBC will give you connections to Oracle DB from MS Access.
