Update

I have a table which contains 8000 records and one of the column is a varchar2 datatypes. For example, the column_name is wrk_sb_no and the value is '9807060105'. Is there any way to insert a '19' to this value in front and appear as '199807060105'. I need to update the 8000 record at the time.
