3113 is EOF on communication channel. It means the oracle dedicated server you were using 'went away'. It is usually accompanied by a trace file generated on the server in the 'user_dump_destination' (an init.ora parameter that tells you where the trace files go).

This trace file is useful for support to diagnose where the error occurred. many, many things can cause 3113.
