Any Designer 2000 sites in Boston area?

I work for a state agency in Massachusetts. We are currently trying to use Designer 2000 to develop applications, and we have been running into a number of problems with its apparent limitations and lack of flexibility. Does anyone here work for a company/agency in the Boston area that is currently using D2K? Is so, please contact me. I'd like to hear about your experience using D2K and how it has performed for you.
