G'day,

2 Possibilities come to mind.

  1. Create a new database with the same tablespaces. Create your schema owners. Then run import to recreate the tables.

2)Contact Oracle, they have a product out of Oracle Netherlands called DUL which can be used to extract the data dictionary and data from a corrupted database. They will want to sell you a consultant to run it but as a last resort it works.
