svrmgr23 on NT

I would like to use svrmgr23 on batch file. I can call svrmgr23 but I can't do any sql commands in svrmgr23.

Example : I have in a batch file :

	set oracle_sid=dba
	svrmgr23
	connect internal/oracle

The connect command don't work. WHY?
