I had same problem and here was the answer from Oracle Support:-

These features are not available on PO8 v8.0.4. Though they shipped with PO8 v8.0.3 they were not available for license, hence not supported features. Now in v8.0.4 they are not shipped either.

You can go to:

http://www.oracle.com/products/trial/html/ trial.html

and download 30day trial server products that do still have the options available.
