DENVER: DSS/DataWarehouse Implementation

Position is for DSS Consultant/Architect who is hands on and willing to perform actual implementation functions. This is a Unix/Oracle environment and client is seeking people to do following: gather and analyze detailed requirements for reporting and ad hoc query; identifying source data systems and coordinate extraction processes; assisting in query/reporting tool selection; metadata and OLAP tool selection; designing logical and physical data warehouses and marts; designing and developing data engineering/metadata routines; designing and prototyping front-end tools and reports; implementing warehouses, marts, data engineering/metadata routines, OLAP tools and front-end reports and tools; and writing user and operations documentation as well as training users.

Client wants candidates to do implementation--not project lead/manager!

There are four (4) positions available and they are located in Denver. These are contract positions estimated to last a minimum of six (6) months. If you know other people who may interested in working with you on this project please refer them to me.
