Urgent: VMS(alpha) problem - Reset forms4.5 after running reports2.3 using run_product

When returning to Forms after running a report using run_product. The screen
is not displayed properly and some of the function (keypad) keys don't work.
Has anyone experienced this problem. Even if it is on another platform, it
could give us some help.
