MS ASP to access Oracle OLE object on 7.3

We are using MS active server pages to access Oracle 7.3 database, we keep
getting the ASP to lock up & users lock, the NT servers (web & database)
don't lock, rebooting the web server unlocks the application for about an
hour & then it happens again.  We have local users using the same database
with a PowerBuilder front & they have no problems at all.
