Exactly. I don't really think it's possible, to have the training and then go
straight to making $60,000, like say for instance a DBA is supposed be worth now. Basically I think a person has to settle for a lower paying position that the people with the 2+ years of experience won't take, because they can get the 60k jobs.
Eventually you reach the 2-5 years of experience and then after that your set. My
two cents.
