There is text/terminal version of form 4.5. Generate new v 4.5 .fmx by f45gen from .inp v3.0 .Terminal version 4.5 looks like v 3.0.

I think you need to relink forms 3.0 with the Solaris 2.6 libs anycase.Excuse me for my English.
