Des2k problem, please help

hi,

I have Des2k running and a handfull of people actively working on it. All of a sudden no one can access any of the application systems they previously worked in. After successfully logging in and picking the application system they want they immediately get a:

ORA-04068: existing state of package has been discarded. ORA-04067: not executed, package body 'REPOS_OWNER.CITSDD_ELEMENTS' does not exist
ORA-06508: PL/SQL could not find program unit being called.

Does anyone have any ideas what went wrong, and more importantly how do I get my people back working in Des2k?
