Very long report loading

Hello, gurus!

My report file .rep initial loading takes about 2-3 minutes. (It is till the parameter form appears...)

While I run report in report builder, this time is much shorter (2-5 seconds).
But when I start report from forms or from reports runtime.. I have to waiting much time..

Does anybody knows possible reasons?
